BlogBurst is currently offered as a scoped managed service supported by software. The scope, fees, publishing authority, term, and deliverables for managed work are set out in the applicable proposal, order form, or other written agreement. If that written agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement. Historical articles or pages describing self-serve prices, trials, autonomous operation, or outcomes are not current offers or guarantees.
By accessing or using BlogBurst ("the Service"), operated by BlogBurst ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
BlogBurst provides managed search and AI-visibility work supported by software. Depending on the agreed scope, the Service may include website diagnostics, remediation planning, evidence-led content, customer-approved publishing support, Search Console reporting, first-party website measurement, and related account or workflow features.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service.
Current managed-service fees and billing terms are stated in the applicable proposal, order form, or checkout presented for that engagement. Some software previews or legacy account features may remain available without charge; access to them does not include managed delivery unless expressly stated.
A free tool, preview, or trial applies only when it is expressly offered on the current page or in writing. It does not include a managed pilot, publishing work, or guaranteed commercial outcome unless the offer explicitly says so.
Available payment providers, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund terms are shown in the applicable checkout or written agreement. Managed work does not automatically renew unless the applicable agreement says that it does. The public detailed GEO report covers the homepage plus up to five priority public pages as a one-time purchase with no renewal. It is fully refundable if you cancel before analysis begins or if we cannot deliver within the stated window; other refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

You retain full ownership of the content you submit to BlogBurst and the content generated by the Service based on your input. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
The BlogBurst website, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
If you use the BlogBurst API, you agree to abide by the rate limits and usage restrictions associated with your API plan. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension of your API access.
BlogBurst integrates with third-party platforms such as Twitter/X, Bluesky, Telegram, and Discord. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogBurst and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlogBurst operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
